Before this Court is the appeal by Robert Wholey Company, Inc. (Employer) from the order of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (Commission) ordering Employer to pay Patricia M. Marinacci (Marinacci) $72,129 in back pay plus an additional amount of interest of 6% per annum for violation of Section 5(d) of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (Act), Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, as amended, 43 P.S. § 955(d). We affirm.
