Plaintiff petitions for reargument seeking clarification of opinion filed January 22, 1960. He is concerned with respect to his ability to review the constitutionality of L. 1957, c. 730. Review of this issue constitutes a direct attack upon the legal existence of the Board of Education of the Unorganized Territory of Cass County. This question cannot be reviewed on an appeal taken under M.S.A. 122.051, subd. 1, since the scope of review under that section is limited to the matters enumerated therein. Also, to raise the constitutional issue on that appeal would constitute a collateral attack upon the corporate existence, which is not permissible. Zawerschnik v.
